Whatcom All-ages Arts & Music (WhAAM) is Bellingham's only off-campus nonprofit all-ages music venue. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We are located at 100 E. Maple St in The Old Foundry Building in Bellingham, WA. We hold safe concerts for underage kids and people of all ages. WhAAM was created in the spring of 2005 as a direct response to a need in the Whatcom County community for a safe, legal all-ages music and arts venue. Since that time, we have held over one hundered and fifty events.
WhAAM was started as a collaborative effort between musicians, booking agents, community activists, artists, youth advocates, and those involved in previous underground all-ages music. Operated out of The Old Foundry in Bellingham, Washington, the mission of Whatcom All-ages Arts and Music is to unite Whatcom County youth and community through a healthy, vibrant, safe and sustainable all-ages music and arts venue in Bellingham. Right now we put on at least one show every week. Most shows cost only $5 and a healthy portion of what's brought in goes straight to the bands. We are currently looking to formalize and expand our operation and need help from excited and dedicated volunteers.
